We are not an attorney licensed to practice law in this state. We are not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration or charge a fee for those activities.  

Valid forms of ID Include:

• Driver's License
• Government Issued Identification Card
• Unexpired Passport

Identification must contain the individual's signature and picture of such individual. 

A mobile proctor is typically assigned to meet the student at their desired testing location. Customer will be charged per hour of exam. Valid forms of identification. 

A notary may refuse to notarize a signature if he/she is uncertain of an individual's identity or if the notary is uncomfortable with the validity of the identification documents. 

A notary may refuse if suspect that the signer doesn't understand the transaction or is being coerced, if the signer cannot be satisfactorily identified, if the document is dated later than the notarization, if the document is incomplete, if the signer is not present.  

• Each notarized signature is $5. 
• There is a travel/convenience fee charge for each appointment. 
• Travel/convenience fee of $20 for 5 - 10 miles of my surrounding area and goes up based on distance/time allotted for travel. 
• A deposit of $20 will be collected at the time of booking. This is nonrefundable within 24 hours of appointment.
